Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and onboard new driver partners through field activities and direct outreach;
Conduct information sessions and present the company's value proposition to prospective drivers;
Support drivers throughout the registration and onboarding process;
Build and maintain strong relationships with driver partners;
Gather market insights and share feedback with internal teams;
Develop local partnerships to support business growth and city launches.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role ( Mandatory);
Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset;
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Adaptable and action-oriented approach.
